Saffron and Rose, the two most precious perfume materials with legendary aromatic profiles keeping Pharaons, Kings, and Queens of all lands spellbound by its aromatic magic. The magic powers of this rose come from its heart made of May Rose oils and Wild Rock Roses. Rose de Mai is known for its delicate angelic quality of sweetness and lightness, with distant notes of honey and floral goodness. For this princess of a rose we selected an entire Royal Court to keep her accompany. Saffron keeps our rose wrapped in beautiful layers of gold. Saffron’s use over the span of 3,500 years is on record including the Sumerians. In addition to Saffron, some of the most delicate White Oud oils and Incense Woods, as well as traditional precious woods such as Sandalwood will be present in the base notes of this fragrance. Tobacco Blooms, Tropical Orchids, and Odore Mio signature bloom accords further compliment the Rose de Mai in this fragrance.
